Alma Yoga Studio

The Alma Yoga Studio is located in Manual Antonio, Costa Rica. This studio was designed consciously as a healthy and safe space for all. The name of the studio was chosen purposefully as "alma" translates to "soul". The mission of Alma Yoga Studio is to allow space for each individual to find both self-awareness and environmental awareness. The designed spaces in the studio include a check in area, a cafe and juice bar, a retail space, locker rooms, and two large yoga studios that can open completely to the outside environment. The yoga studios open to nature to promote grounding and connection to the earth.
